SOLUTION

Note : - After implementation, Any specified/Selected domain users will be able to login on to server also.

Step 1 - Open Domain Controller Security Policy (Win. 2003) / Default Domain Policy (Win. 2008)
Server 2003 -  You can open from Administrative Tools
Server 2008 -  Open Group Policy Management Tools From Administrative Tools or From Command - GPMC.MSC
-Or- Open Run, Type - gpme.msc, Select Default Domain Policy than Ok

Step 2 - Expend Computer Configuration | Policies | Windows Settings | Security Settings | Local Policies | User Rights Assignment
Step 3 - Double Click on Allow log on locally
Step 4 - Tick On Define these policy settings and click Add User or Group
Step 5 - Now add a specify User or Group which can logon on to Server, Click Apply [/b]and OK
