How to remove remote desktop service profile path and home folder?

I need your help guys,

i want to remove the RDS profile path from active directory user properties from PowerShell, as i need to remove it from multiple user from a .csv file.
have around 2700 users in csv file, which need to remove Home folder as well Profile path from RDS profile tab of AD user properties.

All suggestion will be welcome, and Thank you for advance.
