Solution
If UAC is enabled, then you’ll get a UAC prompt on screen. But you can disable for auto login.
Note : - You can do this when your computer in a workgroup not a member of any domain.

Step 1 - Click Start or Open Run by pressing Windows + R Key
Step 2 - Type netplwiz  or control userpasswords2 and press enter.
Step 3 - The User Accounts window will display. Select your user name, then Uncheck “Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer”



Step 4 - Click on Advanced tab. Uncheck “Require users to press Ctrl+Alt+Delete ”
