The following error occurred: Access is denied. (0x80070005)

This error usually come when you run w32tm command or any other command from local/domain user or another user, which should be run only from administrative privilege user.

you may receive an error message similar to the following - Error message: "0x80070005 Access is denied. You do not have permission to perform the requested operation"


SOLUTION
Try to run the command from administrator user or try to run the command from administrator then after that run your command on command prompt on windows server.
